Products-/Tapered-Roller-Bearing-33100 Series- 33109/Q.

Extra sturdy model with scrapers on both sides which reliably prevent impurities from getting in, even in very dirty environments.

Radial loadformula

High-precision rotary stroke bearings for backlash-free linear and rotational movements for use in machine and device construction.

Smaller balls used with same shaft diameter compared to type N501. Reduced installation space thanks to guide bushes from the mini series.

Radialand axialloadon bearing

Dear All, Have a situation in our company regarding the stock for certain articles in IM and WM reports. We are going to do physical inventory and I want a solution before doing PI. Example Article IM WM Difference ABC 0 5 -5 XYZ 9 8 1 BBB 14 15 -1 I know little about LX23, it will reset the IM to be same as WM. I don’t want that since in both cases the IM is correct, it also matches physical stock. I want it to reset the WM to IM. I am stuck as I have both cases. Could anyone give me a proper solution and also I could not find out the reason why this happened. While searching I found out about OSS note 535043, but am confused also with the solution which has a solution written as ““If the stock situation is that the stocks in the inventory management are correct and the WM stocks are incorrect, then this situation can only be corrected using standard means by the differences being cleared in a first step, that is the IM stocks are adjusted to the WM stock, and in a second step in the WM the stocks being corrected by physical inventory count.”” I am not able to understand how to make IM stocks adjusted to WM stock !! Any help will be highly appreciated.

Radial loadbearing

With the different forms of the radial load, the balls in certain sections are charged more than in other sections. The calculation of the loading capacity is based on determining the highest rated radial force P10 of a 10 mm long ball zone. In the following, the correlation between the external load PR or M and the rated radial force P10 are specified for the various forms of the static radial load.

Permanently installed thrust washers on each side and sealing rings prevent impurities from getting into the ball bearing guide.

It will not as I am getting this error in LI21. Clearing only from storage types with no placement or removal strategy. I have to clear it from storage type 100

Hi Brian, If I use LX23 then in my example: Article ABC inventory will increase by 5 units, which will create problems in FI. How do you suggest I make the adjustments MB1C and MB1A ?? Which movement types?

The elastic deformation of the ball zones causes a deflection of the rotary stroke bearing axis. Depending on the load, the elastic deformation of certain ball zones also differs. For a rated radial force P10, the radial deflection of the axis of the most heavily loaded 10 mm ball zone is defined as the specific deflection A10. This can be used to calculate the expected deflection of the shaft at force contact point A.

Thrustloadvsradial load

The finely-ground surface is ideal for high precision ball bearing guides, ensuring smooth running and a long service life of the ball bearing guide.

It’s complicated to go through the first time or two, but it gets easier (more intuitive) once you get used to the process.

The radial load of a rotary stroke bearing is determined by the position of the application point of the radial force PR in relation to the center of the ball contact length e.

I would think your best place to start would be to look through your IM-level transactions for those materials (MB51) and compare them to your TR’s and TO’s in WM. I’d bet that you either have an incomplete transfer requirement or order, or a user deleted all or a portion of a TR without reversing the IM transaction.

The radial force PR can also be  the resultant of several forces. Depending on the position of the force application point, the forms of the radial load illustrated in the overview are determined.

While checking open TR’s in LB10, ensure you have ticked the check box for partially complete TR’s. As I have seen, it does not come out pre-ticked by default. Another option is to check stocks in interim storage types, and check open TR’s for those materials in LB11.

First, you need to use LX23 to correct the differences. Then you make adjustments in IM (MB1C and MB1A) to correct IM quantities (to correct both the current errors and the new ones created by LX23). These will also place in the adjustments WMS bin. That is what the note is telling you.

I checked for al the pending TR’s and TO’s, nothing is pending. It shows all have been completed. I checked LT24 and LT26. Any where else I can check for incomplete?

The diagram provided in the overview takes into account the deflection of the rotary stroke bearing when a load is applied, which is determined by the elastic deformation of the balls and the surfaces of the guide bush and guide shaft. The axes of the guide bush and guide shaft are assumed to be rigid; the deflection of the shaft must therefore be taken into account, where applicable.

The guide diameter finely honed to ISO tolerance IT 3 guarantees the preload of the ball bearing guide in combination with shaft diameter ISO-h3.

Ball-bearing guides for linear and rotational movements without play for use in all technical areas where reliability and precision are required.

Did you get a solution to this yet? LX23 is very powerful, so be careful. I have only seen differences like that once in 15 years. I believe what OSS is saying is this: record what the balances SHOULD be. Use LX23 to bring the quantities to the IM count. Where it’s really the WM count you want, do a second step to adjust that quantity - just a normal WM PI followed by an LI20 and an LI21.
