In case the shaft of one cannot be used as a raceway, inner rings are used to enhance the surface roughness and hardness of the shaft. Also, they can be used as bushes.

The outer ring, needle roller and cage assembly, and inner ring are separable. Also, by selection of each part, the radial clearance can be easily adjusted.

Machined type needle roller bearings are high precision bearings which consist of machined outer ring with a complement of needle rollers retained and guided by a cage. The bearings feature a smaller cross-section, higher load-carrying capacity, greater rigidity. Therefore, they are useful in making machinery smaller and lighter.

Luge tickets for the 2025 winter season are now on sale. Learn to luge on our real ice luge track, designed by an Olympian, but made for first timers. Resereve a 2.5 hour session where you'll learn from our luge coaches and slide the track. Sessions for this winter will fill quickly, so we recommend purchasing tickets far in advance.

The bearings consist of a radial needle roller bearing combined with a thrust ball bearing. They are capable of supporting both radial and axial loads.

Our Family Season Passes are good for an entire family of up to 6 people to access ice skating, cross country skiing and snowshoeing all winter long.  This pass is available for $205 and rental equipment for the entire family can be added on for an additional $75.

We have now closed the trails around the sports park for hiking in an effort to preserve snow conditions for skiing. You can still hike trails in other parts of the State Park throughout the winter.

We believe everyone should have access to fun outdoor recreation. Our adaptive sports programs allow people with disabilities to try sports modified with special equipment and assistance from our trained staff.
