Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend buying from here. The tracking didn't work for me, so I was scared the whole time thinking that P&P were out of business until my motor showed up. Aside from getting scared by the tracking, everything else was great. The packaging had the box of the motor inside of a bigger box that protected it well. The price was great, and the delivery was fast enough for me considering that the shipping cost was WAY cheaper than any other place that carried TechTop motors, and I mean by a long shot! I will be buying here again. Just know that if you order from here, you might not be able to track your package. I don't know if that was a problem with the shipping carrier or P&P. It was more than likely the carrier company at fault since some labels don't always get scanned by workers (which is how destination tracking gets updated). Hopefully the tracking works next time.
