All assemblies are carefully disassembled, all parts are cleaned, inspected with electronic gaging, analyzed for failure and evaluated for restoration and quoted. After quotation approval, worn parts are replaced or reworked to OEM specifications and the re-assembly of the spindle with new bearings takes place in a clean room environment. We repair electrical portions of spindle, as well as the mechanical. Drawbar assemblies are checked and rebuilt as needed. The assembly is run-in, checked for vibration, temperature and runout. The assembly is shipped in protective packaging.
