Dynamic is incredible and certainly one of the best vendors I have ever worked with in my career. They care about their work and about making sure you get what you need when you need it. Many times, a defense or aerospace related purchase order will require compliance to DFARS.  You may be wondering, what in the world is DFARS?  DFARS is simply the rules of acquisition for defense organizations in the United States.

What isDFARS compliant material

One of the most common purchase order requirements of Defense customers is DFARS Clause 252.225-7009 Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals.  The clause specifies: All Titanium, Stainless Steel, and other "Specialty Metals" must be melted in the United States or a "Qualifying Country".  This is a very important requirement to understand, especially if you deal in titanium and stainless materials.
