BRISTELL, the Czech light aircraft manufacturer which has produced more than 800 LSA aircraft worldwide, has launched the BRISTELL B23, its next generation low-wing airplane. The B23 has been designed to satisfy the European CS23 / U.S. FAR23 certification basis. BRISTELL says they “had listened to feedback from many customers from around the world” before designing the new aircraft.

You will have the aircraft under complete control even when taxiing. BRISTELL B23 is produced only with a steerable nose wheel, controlled by rudder pedals.

"My opinion on the Bristell B23 is that it is a beautiful little airplane, with a really appealing design. Also, the interior looks good and is very comfortable. The plane has very good flight characteristics. The modern glass cockpit and the autopilot make traveling a pleasure. Even with a lot of luggage! I was amazed how much I can load!"

A very pleasant flying experience even for two people. Don't limit yourself, you have plenty of space. Enjoy the comfort of the most spacious cockpit on the market. It is 130 cm wide.

“It is a great trainer for any flight school”, says Milan Bristela, founder and CEO of the company. The airplane looks very elegant and anyone who flies a BRISTELL falls in love with it within a few minutes. Once you try a BRISTELL, you don’t want to fly with anything else. Why?

The certification for BRISTELL B23 includes the luggage compartment capacity of 2x20 kg in both wings and 15 kg behind the seats. In total, you can load 55 kg of luggage into the aircraft and you still have 250 kg of useful load left. This makes the B23 a global winner among GA aircraft.

While the airplane looks very similar to the classic BRISTELL LSA, there is far more to the new design. The fuselage is longer and the tail with an aluminium rudder is larger; the flaps and stabiliser are bigger and more efficient; the composite main landing gear legs have been redesigned completely to enable them to carry much heavier loads than previous BRISTELL models; and the aircraft’s handling characteristics are much improved too. In addition, the twin elevator trim tab function helps the pilot to optimise the forces on the control stick.

BRISTELL B23 is also certified for flying at night under VFR conditions. Enjoy a quiet night flight in a certified airplane with dual glass cockpit and Garmin autopilot.

"I have travelled a large part of Europe with BRISTELL B23. Compared to other types, I appreciate the excellent comfort even on long flights. The instrumentation makes the flight very easy and I always have a perfect flying experience."

While the BRISTELL B23 is very similar to the classic BRISTELL LSA, its design has been fundamentally modified to withstand much heavier loads than the previous BRISTELL UL-LSA models.

"I have accumulated approx. 70 flying hours on this airplane, through test flights as well as delivering the planes to new owners. Regarding test flights, I really like the aircraft’s great flying qualities, further enhanced by the large cockpit, very comfy seats and superb instruments, which all make for an extremely comfortable journey when flying the planes to their new homes. It’s thumbs up from me!"

This engine offers all well known advantages of the Rotax 4-stroke engine series complemented by additional features, for example, the engine management system. The complete package presents the latest technology in the aircraft engine industry and will enhance the flying and ownership experience of pilots.

The basic equipment includes a steerable nose wheel and a BRS ballistic parachute rescue system. The standard-equipped aircraft also meets the night-VFR requirements and can be upgraded to meet IFR requirements.
