If it matters, the brand was SPK I think. They sell Gates and Continental too..just more expensive. Already $500 in labour.

Community Transit operates this route and holds most items for 14 days, however bikes are only held for a maximum of 10 days due to space constraints.

But it's all aftermarket..for an interference engine. I have heard some say "Go for it I trust it" and others say "OEM or don't do it" so I was wondering what you guys think?

You can call the RideStore customer service at 425-348-2350 to see if your item has been found. When claiming a lost bike, you must call the RideStore to set a pick-up appointment between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on a weekday.

The vehicle it's for is a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, with the 2.7 V6. It is an interference engine. I was on Rockauto, and saw a timing belt kit for just shy of $100. It included the belt, tensioner, pulleys, water pump, gaskets, seals, everything. Much cheaper then the $527 the mechanic wants for parts.
