Wasn't sure at first but wanted to book my reservation for Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Fleming Island, Florida. Kinda weird that some options did not include the continental breakfast. Anyway, from there it was a breeze setting everything up. Thank You very much.

They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!

Booked Indigo Hotel because I will be attending the RADD Indoor Clinic and Cftoa meeting across the street from the hotel. Previously heard favorable comments about the Indigo Hotel from track participants and thought I would give it a try. The online reservation process was convenient, easy to understand and follow, and I am looking forward to the weekend activities at the Alachua County Sports and Events Center.
It was very easy and intuitive to complete. I sat down at my computer desk and google searched Holiday Inn Express. The website appeared and I proceeded to book my reservation.

I called to talk about bookings, but was informed there was no free breakfast or refund option, despite the website advertising both. Communication was challenging as the representative struggled with English, which made it difficult to clarify details. Disappointed with the misleading information.

Look all morning to find the best price. It was ridiculous how much some websites wanted for the same room. But I hope I got the best price because my daughter is getting married

I got online and found the reservation site. It was easy to find a room and set up my payment. My reservation was approved and I received an email verifying the date to check in and check out.
I booked this for my dad to give to my mother. They’re attending a show at the Playhouse that night. He’s elderly so he had me do the online booking. My mom worked there over 60yrs ago so he thought it would be fun to take her back to see the changes.

They made the reservation easy, but then overcharged me by $123 and refused to refund me. When I contacted them about the mistake, they said: "We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a courtesy, our team has contacted our hotel partner on your behalf. They have informed us that they require a copy of your credit card charges in order to continue their investigation. Please reply to this email with the requested documentation so that we may continue assisting you with your refund request." I waited 15 days and was not contacted again and when I reached out to follow up, they sent the same message again. I then contacted the hotel directly, and they said they reached out to the company (parent company= booking.com ) who said they would refund. After another 15 days of no action, I spoke to the hotel again, and they processed my reimbursement themselves.
I was trying to contact the actual hotel location to get the quickest way to make my reservation, but NO I could only get this reservation service. Had to wait almost 8 minutes before I was transferred to a service agent.
Booked a room online. Joined Wyndham Rewards. Tried to confirm my reservation, was told "reservation not found". Called number provided. Was told the res number was from Expedia.Thought I had reserved through LaQuinta, don't know how I ended up on Expedia, my mistake. Got new reservation number from Wyndham, put it in "reservation still not found" this is my first time at Wyndham property, looks like it will be my last. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!
When I arrived I was charged more in fees on my "paid in full" reservation for 3 nights than I did for the entire price of my 3 night stay! Absolutely not worth it! There was nothing stating resort fees or parking fees would be charged when I was booking (I booked on Super.com). The lady at check in would only say these fees were probably hidden. Rooms are average at best. There are a lot of areas with caution tape (not sure if they are under construction or what). It's a long hike to the parking area. It's really hot in the entire hotel (although the maintenance guy was very nice and did the best he could for our room). I travel a lot and would not recommend this hotel. I have included a sample photo of a booking for December 2,2024 (the current date). It clearly states under the total price "total incl. Taxes and fees". The only mention I could find of any extra fees was on my itinerary, which was sent after I paid for the nonrefundable stay. BEWARE OF EXTRA HIDDEN FEES!
The website worked well for me. It was easy to navigate and understand. I was able to find a room that could accomodate my family. It was very helpful. I am appreciative.
Easy and quick. Ideal for planning on the go. Our stay was welcomed by a very nice host at the front desk, who made us feel welcomed and quickly had us entered and gave us extra towels at my wife's request. The hotel has been renovated since our last visit, and the halls are still being worked on. The rooms have new desks and counters and paint. The shower and bathroom are still more than adequate. Overall, this our preferred hotel to stay at when visiting Nanaimo.
. It was very easy and fast. I got the best deal also don't know why I have to have at least 50 characters to be able to leave a good review but whatever. I am not sure what else to say. Fast and easy and good price. Hope that it is a nice hotel it is very close to where my daughter lives
They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.

Using the hotel's website, it was easy to navigate to bookings, enter dates, select and book. Quickly received confirmation text and/or email. Painless!

Its a good hotel we have stayed like 3 times there before and nice personnel. Really clean and a perfect place to stop and rest before heading in to Mexico

It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!

Each time I came up and down we talk, absolutely the best and I cannot thank Johnathon enough, as I work with customer's all day long and treat them as Johnathon does and this is what I call Customer Service thank you thank you :) ...
It went smoothly booking. I was sent an email and text confirmation which was great. I am a little concerned that another email was sent to my work email somehow that said the booking wasn't complete.

Initially I called the property line and my call was transferred someone who quoted me a rate that was twice the cost of Reservation Desk. With Reservation Desk I got the room I wanted, at a very reasonable rate, on the dates I preferred.
