JKFenner offers a wide range of sealing solutions for various transmissions like Manual, AMT, and Auto transmission. The seals and materials are designed to perform for  sealing in aggressive additive oils that are used with improved life and function. The special low-friction seals and materials are designed to provide low frictional torque and wear properties. The materials include ACM, AEM,HNBR FKM and Low friction materials (Clarification required: Low Friction to be included in materials?).

The range of sealing applications offered includes seals for alternator shaft, oil pump, and static seals for manifold covers of intake & exhaust. JK Fenner also manufactures specially engineered metering seals for engine valves to ensure effective oil metering, which aids regulation of emissions from the engine.

Bearings

Generally, a lubricating grease designed for automotive wheel bearings is sufficient. Look for the NLGI GC or GC-LB service mark on the product label. If the boat trailer is used in salt water, a specially formulated product with salt water corrosion protection is recommended. Such products are typically available from boating and marine specialty stores. Boat trailer wheel bearings may need more frequent relubrication due the immersion of the bearings to water. Follow the relubrication recommendations of the trailer manufacturer.

Specialized sealing applications also include low-friction seals and materials for latest engine technology to provide low frictional torque and enhanced seal life. The company also produces seals with cassette designs for engines for superior performance and life requirements.

Suspension systems, dampers, and anti-vibration mounts use materials like NR, SBR, CR, EPDM, and NBR. The applications include a working environment ranging from -40°C to 180°C.
