(4) The licensee shall not be convicted of an attempt to receive stolen property or other offense involving stolen property. For the purposes of this paragraph, “convicted” means a plea or verdict of guilty or a conviction following a plea of nolo contendere. Any action that the chief of police, the sheriff, or, where appropriate, the police commission is permitted to take following that conviction may be taken when the time for appeal has elapsed, the judgment of conviction has been affirmed on appeal, or an order granting probation is made suspending the imposition of sentence, irrespective of a subsequent order under Section 1203.4 of the Penal Code.

(c) Notwithstanding subdivisions (a) and (b), no renewal application for a pawnbroker’s license may be denied, nor may his or her pawnbroker’s license be forfeited, solely on the grounds that the applicant violated any provision contained in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 21000) or Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 21200), or any provision contained in Article 4 (commencing with Section 21625) or Article 5 (commencing with Section 21650) of Chapter 9 of Division 8 of the Business and Professions Code, unless the violation demonstrates a pattern of conduct.

(1) The business shall be carried on only at the location designated on the license. The license shall designate all locations where property belonging to the business is stored. Property of the business may be stored at locations not designated on the license only with the written consent of the local licensing authority.

SGM Sill and Wall Mud (821) is a mud / light-weight plaster substrate, factory blended, and consisting of Portland Cement, sand, and lightweight fillers. This product is designed for use as a lightweight plaster substrate bedding (brown coat), which does not place an additional load on structural members. Sill and Wall Mud 821 eliminates costly job-site mixing of sand and cement mixes.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of wax, grease, scaly paint, and all other foreign matter. Hence, any further cleaning shall be done using SGM Safe Clean Crystals; refer to Safe Clean Crystalslabel directions. Remove all liquid curing agents. All materials and areas to be tiled should remain above 40°F (forty degrees Fahrenheit) 24-hours prior and 72-hours after installation.

(2) The license or a copy thereof, certified by the licensing authority, shall be displayed on the premises in plain view of the public.

SGM, Inc. warrants this product will perform in accordance with its intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of manufacture. Any claim for defective product must be submitted in writing to SGM, Inc., and samples of defect must be provided. SGM, Inc.’s sole obligation will be to replace any product determined to be defective by SGM Inc. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, SGM, INC. MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SGM, INC. BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER ARISING BY CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. SGM, INC.’S SOLE OBLIGATION WILL BE TO REPLACE ANY PRODUCT DETERMINED BY SGM, INC. TO BE DEFECTIVE.

(b) The license shall be subject to forfeiture by the licensing authority, and the licensee’s activities as a pawnbroker shall be subject to being enjoined pursuant to Section 21302, for breach of any of the following conditions:

(a) A license granted pursuant to Section 21300 shall be renewable the second year from the date of issue, and every other year thereafter, upon the filing of a renewal application, payment of a renewal fee specified by the licensing authority as described in this subdivision, and compliance with the requirements of Section 21303. The Department of Justice shall also require the licensee, in addition to any locally assessed fee as set forth herein, to pay a fee as described in Section 21642.5 of the Business and Professions Code. The licensing authority shall collect the fee and transmit the fee and a copy of the renewed license to the Department of Justice. The police chief, sheriff, or, where appropriate, the police commission may charge a fee not to exceed the actual costs incurred to process the renewal application of the licensee and to collect and transmit the fee charged by the Department of Justice.

Product is alkaline on contact with water. Use paddle for mixing to avoid splashing into eyes or contact with skin. During mixing or application avoid contact with eyes. In case of such contact, flood eyes repeatedly with water and CALL A PHYSICIAN. Wash thoroughly after handling and before smoking or eating. Do not take internally. CONTAINS FREE SILICA — DO NOT BREATHE DUST. Prolonged exposure to dust may cause delayed lung disease (Silicosis).

Add sufficient cool, clean water to dry mix, approximately 1.5 gallons per 50 lbs. of Sill and Wall Mud. Mix until mortar becomes trowable; let material slake five (5) minutes, then re-mix. Apply Sill and Wall Mud to the surface using sufficient pressure to work mortar to form a good mechanical bond. Float Sill and Wall Mud to desired thickness (maximum of ? inch). Cut in material approximately every two (2) feet to four (4) feet both vertical and horizontal and allow for cuts to fall out on tile joints.

In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of warm soapy water. For eye contact, flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately. If you experience difficulty breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, get medical attention immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
