They protected my hardwood floors while getting their equipment to the heater in the basement and left everything in better condition than when they arrived. Oliver managed to get a third technician scheduled to come out the same day after the duct cleaning was completed to do the scheduled maintenance on my heater. The third technician was also professional and was able to very clearly explain what was involved with the maintenance on the heater and its current status. The costs were reasonable and the personal interactions across all levels was great.
