Br5flight status

BR1-2 should be 'new player' territory, BR3-4 matchmaking should be 'intermediate', and BR4-5 should be 'experienced' tier.

This is a subreddit dedicated to the free to play game Enlisted, an MMO squad based shooter developed by DarkFlow Software for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS4/5. The full game centers around acting as an infantry squad leader, tank crew, or an aircraft pilot set in the various theaters for World War II.

It stands to reason that a BR3 player, after fighting BR4-5 regularly, will go into a BR1-2 match thinking they're at BR5, and will thus fight their best and stomp however they can.

This current system is flawed, both for BR1-2 and BR4-5; a BR5 player wouldn't want a BR3 player to be absolutely over-tiered onto their team just because that BR3 player unlocked a nice new rifle.

As it stands now, the equipment difference between BR2 and BR3 can be massive, and a BR1 person (All new, just starting) will fight BR3s, which will be a nightmare for them and potentially cause them to simply quit playing the game after a few uphill matches.

So one of my Steam friends tried the game for a week after I told him about it. He liked the game and it's concept but quit after the matchmaking kept putting him into higher BR games. After fighting against BR3 as BR1 and then BR2 far too much, he got to BR3, thinking he'd finally have less curb-stomped games, only to be on the receiving end of BR4-5 games.
