Had this recently installed on my bike and had it paired with the Revo As. Took it on the highway and could feel every bump and constant vibration. Still doing more riding to test the front suspension, however I feel more confident hitting the highway curves at a higher speed and the control is more noticeable. Talked to a buddy and he suggested that I adjust the rear suspension and I noticed more control on the highway. I’m still very pleased with this purchase.
Monnit Vibration Meters use an accelerometer to measure g-force on 3 axes and then determines speed and frequency from this measurement. The sensor measures vibration once every Measurement Interval, which can be set as low as 1 minute and as high the Heartbeat Interval. The Vibration Meter will also report the duty cycle, or how long the sensor was measuring vibrations throughout the heartbeat.
Monnit’s vibration sensor alerts you (via text, email, or call) if an asset moves more than it should. The sensor is highly configurable—measurement intervals can be set as low as one minute.
A must for legacy machinery and it-can’t-fail systems, the ALTA® Wireless Sensors use an accelerometer to continually measure vibration, speed, duration, and frequency for all three axes. Excessive vibration often indicates failing machine health, overdue maintenance, or structural damage.
Thank you to all our customers for an amazing year! We wish you a wonderful holiday season. Please note that due to the holidays, service and shipping may be delayed.
Installed within 15 minutes, these vibration sensors come in business-ready enterprise or industrial-grade models, and each offers options to suit common needs. Enterprise options include an on/off switch or line power with a battery backup (and on/off switch). Industrial options include solar power with a rechargeable battery and a high-gain leaded puck.
NOTE: 1997-2001 models equipped with stock air fork will require the additional purchase of Harley Davidson OEM #s 45419-80 (two) and 45733-48 (two) to install
