Crossed Roller Bearings are compact bearings with their rollers alternately crossed at right angles to each other between inner and outer rings. The orthogonal array of rollers allows the bearing to handle complex loads simultaneously from any direction, which makes assembly possible without needing to worry about load direction.

The figure is a cross-section of a rotating turntable. The application point distance from the time moment load is applied to the turntable is L, and the allowable moment load of the bearing is proportional to application point distance L. If increasing application point distance L to increase the moment rigidity of the turntable, two Angular Contact Ball Bearings are required. Because of the need for distance between the bearings, the equipment size increases as well. However, even a single Crossed Roller Bearing can increase application point distance L, keeping equipment compact and improving moment rigidity.

The SFK curriculum has given me a foundation, plan, and vocabulary to guide my students and clients through situations and challenges; important opportunities to become a better version of themselves, they would have otherwise let slip by unnoticed. In my practice, although I have access to many other coaching tools, this by far is my first stop in working with clients. Because of the line contact structure, when using rollers for the bearing inner rolling elements, rigidity is greatly improved compared to ball type bearings. For example, rigidity is increased 3 to 4 times while achieving more compact cross-section dimensions compared to a double row Angular Contact Ball Bearing.

Rollers are arranged by intersecting orthogonally between inner ring and outer ring of the single structure. A separator, which can smoothly rotate rollers, is incorporated between rollers. The mounting holes in both inner and outer rings facilitate installation to your equipment. An open type and a sealed type are available. The sealed type incorporates special synthetic rubber sealing.

The magical thing about teaching SFK is the opportunity it gave me to heal my own childhood issues and traumas, I started to become more fun and light with myself and others. Naturally creating a simple spiritual dialogue to relate to others, awakened a desire to have children of my own to have the same dialogue with them (which I have and do now). SFK gave me a platform to teach spirituality to teenagers, parents and adults many different platforms and settings.

I had the pleasure of teaching a class of children ages 6-11 in Miami every Sunday for 12 weeks. Each and every lesson brought valuable information to not only the children but to myself as well. Coming up with examples, even on the spot, was such an easy task simply because I could apply the SFK curriculum to my own life. After being able to teach this class, I can say that when I come across different situations throughout my day, I naturally refer back to the SFK curriculum and use it! Every time we met in class, I could see a shift in the children I taught.
