I was expecting a part and received a courtesy call from the delivery driver letting me know he was running behind schedule but was on the way. Shortly after, the driver called again to report being stuck in traffic but was not far from arriving. In all the years I’ve been in business, I’ve never had a driver provide me with updates. I just want everyone to know how much I appreciate service of this caliber!

I made a call today for a rim and spoke to Mike. He was extremely professional and made the whole process easy. He asked the right questions so he could assist me with getting the correct part. I went to the Belman Road location to get the part and was greeted by Tom and Deborah. Both were very helpful. The office was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for an inexperienced auto parts shopper.
