Economical systems that spray both thin and thick lubricants.  Systems can be provided with or without a reservoir, arrange for dual lube applications, and also with cycle frequency controls.

Roll Coaters can evenly distribute thick or thin lubricant on both the top and bottom of the stock material.  Spray Cabinets provide a non-contact method of applying most lubricants to the top and bottom of the stock material.  Spray nozzles can be incorporated directly into the die to assure that lube is applied exactly where required or, that more flexible, magnetic-based, type nozzles can be utilized.

Systems have independently programmable spray lines and can spray lubricants with viscosities up to 100 SUS, which is equivalent to most water-soluble type lubricants that are mixed with 3 or more parts water to 1 part lube.  Systems can be provided with or without a reservoir, with or without control, and can be arranged for dual lube applications.
