I have old Ender 3, without any mods, and want to make new fan shroud for hotend. I want to use one fan for cooling prints and one for hotend, but I wonder which type is better, axial or radial fan. From my limited understanding radial fan would be better for print cooling, but I see people change to axial fan in that role. Are there any advantages of using axial fan?
