The general advise for replacing worn rollers on pallet trucks is to change both rollers at the same time as worn rollers are reduced in diameter. If you have a new roller and an old roller on the truck this can then cause the pallet truck load to lean over especially on uneven surfaces such as outdoor use which could result in a movement of goods so we advise this with safety in mind.

PT Load Rollers Black Polyurethane including Bearings with 20mm core. Please note pallet trucks with only 1 x Roller at the end of each fork are our 93mm wide rollers. The pallet trucks which have 2 x Rollers at the end of each fork are our 70mm wide rollers.
