Felt seal bearing (Type Code 8)This type of bearing contains one or more felt seals. Its inner raceway is a bit large. This is to ensure that the seal edge should not go beyond inner raceway.9. Tapered Roller Bearing (Type Code 32/T)This type of bearing is most commonly used for wheels. They have rollers in place of balls and are conical in shape. They can withstand high axial/radial loads.10. Inch Bearing (Type Code R)Available in various shapes and designsThey are ball bearings with one row and are available in various inch sizes.11. I am looking to purchase my first van here in the next few weeks. This will serve as a place to live (minimalist, I'm not going to do anything to the interior) and as a work van for hauling things and towing my utility trailer. I recently had my Dodge Ram blow up on me so I am looking strictly at reliability when it comes to picking the right van. What are your thoughts on the reliability of the Transit 250/350 compared to the Express 2500/3500? I had been planning on the Express 2500 because I've heard great things about the 6.0L engine and overall reliability and strength of these vans, but I thought I would look into the Transit as well because I know if all things being equal I would much prefer the high roof of a Transit.
