The MR-12 control unit can be used as a district heating, district cooling, or heating controller. Its modular design allows for easy and quick adaptation to the conditions of the system being controlled. Expansion to seven regulated heating circuits in the SPS version is always possible. Optional configurations can include hot water storage, buffers, solar systems, circulation pumps, boilers with return temperature increase, or boiler release.
