1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and contact us to request a return 2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order 3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error) 4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned. 5). Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return
