Our MLA II course is designed to educate attendees on a variety of topics in the field of machinery lubrication including lubricant selection, application, contamination control and oil analysis. This course is based on the ICML MLA II body of knowledge and covers all subject matter included in the exam. The focus of the program is to create awareness of the important issues in lubrication and offer practical, effective solutions to the challenges facing today’s maintenance professionals. Our instructors have decades of in-plant experience designing and implementing precision lubrication programs and we have trained thousands of maintenance professionals on the most effective methods for engineering a world-class program.

The Des-Case 1-day training workshop is designed to help participants build a game plan for transforming their lubrication program. In this course you will learn the basic fundamentals of lubrication including lubricant selection, contamination control and oil analysis, but you will also learn how to assess the financial impact of lubrication on your operations and create a strategy to identify and begin addressing all of the lubrication opportunities in your facility. At the conclusion of the course, participants will be invited to complete an online self-assessment of their program to benchmark current performance in key areas and generate a list of action items to serve as the basis for their implementation plan.

If you are interested in establishing a precision lubrication program, but don’t know where to begin, our 1/2-day introductory training course offers an overview of the entire subject. Participants in this course will learn fundamental elements of key topics such as lubrication theory, lubrication selection, PM design, contamination control and oil analysis. Contamination control covers many of the common methods used to both prevent and to remove contaminants from lubricating oils and PM design explains how to use lubricants properly. The final segment of the course covers the most basic aspects of oil analysis and how we can use it to improve and measure the quality of the lubrication program. Enroll in this complimentary course today to get your program moving in the right direction.

Our MLT II training course is designed in accordance with the ICML MLT Level II body of knowledge. Participants in the course will gain in-depth knowledge of the subject of lubrication and learn how to use that knowledge to continuously improve their lubrication tactics and dramatically enhance their lubrication program. The course covers a similar body of knowledge as the level I course, but it goes into greater depth for many topics. The level II course thoroughly covers lubricant formulation, manufacturing and performance. Lubricant selection is expanded to include discussion on many common but specialized applications such as compressors, refrigeration systems and turbines.

Education provides a common language at all levels of an organization. Our lubrication training courses are designed to help companies develop and deploy an executable plan to achieve lubrication best practices. To request in-person training courses, contact us today.
