With RoHS guidelines and the REACH declaration, all parties must communicate clearly about all aspects to make everyone aware of the relevant information.

REACH and RoHSmeaning

Since 2012, the Code of Conduct has been issued by the Responsible Business Association, contradicting the use of ‘Conflict Minerals’ that are mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It concerns specifically Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold, also known as the ‘3TG’ substances. This directive is also known as the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Regulation. We comply with these regulations (although almost no fasteners in our range contain these substances) to ensure we do not support conflict in this region.

We monitor new developments on the market and offer alternatives in our program if needed. Of course, we are willing to answer your questions about this subject. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
