Drawn cup needle roller bearingssizes

We can manufacture controlled profile needles and assemble them into thin shells. We currently supply planetary gears, motors, high-performance engine rocker bearings, engine rocker bearings and transfer case bearings. Standard material for cups is AISI 1012, case hardened and tempered HRC 58 min. We also have a full complement of needle rollers that are grease retained or held in place with plastic plug. We can also supply these bearings with plastic cage to retain needles in a thin shell race.

We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the accessibility of this site, please contact us.

Drawn cup needle roller bearings are needle bearings that have a small cross-sectional length between the inner diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD) of the bearing. This makes them the ideal needle bearing for applications with a reduced radial envelope. Drawn cup needle roller bearings consist of a thin-walled outer ring (commonly referred to as a raceway), a cage assembly, and multiple needle rollers.
