Full ceramic bearing

Custom products can be produced with 3D printing (additive manufacturing) instead of traditional bearing manufacturing processes. Additive manufactured bearings are available in a choice of materials and are often used in difficult applications. Single-piece assemblies with mating components help to reduce complexity.

Large ceramicbearings

Custom versions of Schatz’s angular contact bearings are designed to support both radial and axial loads. They work by axially displacing the inner and outer ring raceways relative to each other, which causes the balls to contact the raceways at an angle.

These custom products are single row radial bearings with precision levels less than ABEC 1. Typically, unground bearings have tolerances 10 times greater than those of precision-ground bearings.
