I'm working on troubleshooting a problem for one of our developers and so far I haven't had a ton of luck resolving the issue.

In our tie-down strap design, we have eliminated the friction between the front of the cam and the webbing, and the resultant force in the strap's tight end is higher than a standard cam buckle or cinch strap. The Rollercam® technology allows ease of use, higher resultant force, and finesse when tightening down your gear.

All of our developers have company issued laptops... One guy is having an issue where, when he's in the office and connected directly to our domain, he can bring up SQL Server (2012) and connect to a remote SQL server we have without issue. When he's at home (or here on a segregated WiFi connection) and is connected via VPN, he can't connect to the SQL server in question... He gets SQL Server Error 18452 (Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows Authentication.) We've tried connecting using the FQDN, which didn't work. All of the other developers can connect over VPN without issue...

I'm not horribly well versed in SQL Server troubleshooting, so it very well could be something obvious that I'm overlooking... Any ideas?
